Remanufactured means used equipment is brought back to OEM specifications, equipped and upgraded with the latest press control systems, CIP4 remote inking systems, register controls, cutoff controls and axillaries found on new presses. The goal is to increase profits through higher press speeds, quicker make-ready faster starts reduced waste and less maintenance.

Monroe Graphic Service provides a total press installation service, starting with an audit to determine the condition of the equipment, followed by engineering services to providing drawings of how the equipment will be installed at your location, as well as the utility requirements “power, gas, air, chill water”.

The equipment is mechanically and electrically disconnected loaded on proper transport delivered, installed and started up.
